Last fall, you told us you wanted a way to stay connected - with each other, with your best leadership, and with opportunities to learn with Lead Virginia. That's why we're launching Leadership Circles. Lead Virginia alumni will be able to connect and learn with a diverse, but small, cohort in monthly four-hour sessions over a five-month period. Each session will focus on a specific leadership skill or an issue or topic identified by participants, and will include lunch and facilitated discussion with peers.  

We've partnered with Floricane, a Richmond-based strategic planning and leadership development consultancy, to guide each Leadership Circle. Floricane's founder, John Sarvay, will facilitate the sessions - but it's the Lead Virginia participants who will provide the challenges, best practices and solutions that will make each session meaningful. 

Session will be held in Central Virginia from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the following dates:

• September 9, 2016
• October 14, 2016
• November 11, 2016
• December 9, 2016
• January 13, 2017

Tuition is $950 per person which includes the following:  
- Facilitation led by Floricane's founder, John Sarvay
- Insights Discovery personal effectiveness profile 
- Lunch for each session as well as snacks and beverages
