David Hicks, held his investiture as a Judge of the General District Court of the City of Richmond, 13th Judicial District on June 30, 2015.

Jennifer DuBois, has been promoted to Director, Communications & Community Relations for Columbia Gas of Pennsylvania/Maryland. Her new office is based out of Pittsburgh. Jennifer may still be reached at jdubois@nisource.com.

Scott Blackwell, is now Director of Global Compensation, Benefits & Organizational Design for Owens & Minor; his new email address is scott.blackwell@owens-minor.com.

Jim Charapich, joined Brown Harris Wealth Management in Culpeper as a financial advisor.

Mark Gordon, has joined the Virginia Early Childhood Foundation board.
