Board Members

Annie Adams,PhD
board member has been promoted to Vice President of Human Resources for Norfolk Southern.

Dennis Heuer, is now VP, Transportation Services at Clark Nexsen. 

Class of 2008

Caryn Durham, has been named president-elect for the Richmond chapter of NAWBO. 

Joe HInes, has been elected vice chair of the Fuqua School of Business Alumni Council at Duke University; he will also serve on the Board of Visitors for the Fuqua School of Business. 

Class of 2010

Nanci Hardwick, 
received the TechNite award from the Roanoke-Blacksburg Technology Council at their annual celebration.


Tim Sargeant, has been appointed to the Board of Visitors for Gunston Hall by Governor Terry McAuliffe. 

Kevin Ratliff, has been named dean of continuing education of Blue Ridge Community College.

Toni Ardabell, has been named Chief Executive Officer of Bon Secours Virginia Health System.

Class of 2014

Allison Mays, has been promoted to Director of Corporate and Government Relations at Barter Theatre; she has also been elected to the Washington County Board of Supervisors. 

Dr. Roger Ramsammy, has been nominated for Executive Leader of the Year for the 2016 Outstanding Corporate Citizenship Awards given by the Northern Virginia Chamber Commerce.

Dan van der Have, has been promoted to managing director of Accenture.

is now the Executive Vice President of Diamond Healthcare Corporation.

Staci Redmon, has been nominated for Executive Leader of the Year for the 2016 Outstanding Corporate Citizenship Awards given by the Northern Virginia Chamber Commerce.In addition to her nomination Staci was also honored at the 2016 Women Presidents' Organization Annual Conference for ranking 14th on WPO's 50 fastest growing women-owned companies list.
