Inspiring Stories from Inspiring Leaders

Leaders In Action – it's who we are – 700+ strong throughout the Commonwealth using social capital to collaborate and problem solve, and lead our Commonwealth forward.

We know that you, our alumni, are fully engaged in leading your organizations and communities, and families, through the crisis created by the Coronavirus Pandemic. Do you have a compelling story to tell about your role during the pandemic? Are you saving lives or providing relief? Empowering others? Accelerating innovation and new ideas? Creating social impact? Inspiring a team? Improving others’ way of life? Using your unique gift?

We want to capture the stories that demonstrate your personal experience in helping to keep Virginia healthy and resilient during this crisis. How are you using social capital built through your Lead Virginia experience to find solutions to ensure our Commonwealth emerges strong and moving forward? We want to hear about it all.

As a way to share these stories, we have launched Leaders In Action. We will feature stories on the website and e-newsletter about how alumni are responding to and navigating through the COVID-19 crisis.

Please tell us what you are doing. Email Myra Issacs at missacs@leadva.org with your stories.
