Celebrating the 2025 Impact Award Recipients

Lead Virginia – the statewide program for proven leaders celebrating 20 years –  presented four Impact Award recipients during its annual Spring Gathering.

“Our Impact Awards recognize leaders who are driving innovation – who have made a true difference in their communities,” said Susan Horne, Lead Virginia’s president and CEO. “They represent the very best of the Commonwealth. They inspire other leaders. After experiencing the Lead Virginia program, they’ve been forces for true, positive change.”
 
This year’s recipients include:

Jeff Schragg, Class of 2014 – Jorman Granger Service to Lead Virginia Award

Joe Hines, Class of 2008 – Distinguished Alumnus Award

Emily Pelliccia, Class 2024 – Lead Virginia Impact Award

Shannon Hair, Class of 2023 – Lead Virginia Impact Award
